Enter from a mobile device

TimeTracker NX 7 New!!!

Overview

You can enter results from your mobile device even in an environment where you do not have a PC.
Even if you are out or it is difficult to take a PC with you, you can accumulate accurate results by entering data from a PC using the same operations.

Notes

• This function is available only to users with a maintenance contract or annual license contract.
  Please contact your company's TimeTracker administrator to find out whether the function is available.
• Depending on the FW settings of the server PC, it may not be possible to connect from a mobile device.
  If you cannot connect, please check the network settings of the server PC.

Operating environment

It has been confirmed that it works in the following environment.

How to access

1. Access the following URL.

  [TimeTracker NX URL]/mobile 
    Example) https://xx.xx.xx.xx/timetrackernx/mobile 

[TimeTracker NX URL] is the login URL minus "login". 2. Enter your TimeTracker NX account and password on the login screen.

• The account and password are the same as when logging in from a PC.
• SSO is not supported. Please enable local authentication.

What you can do on a mobile device

You can enter/change/delete actual times on the timesheet screen.
The changes made here will be synchronized with the server and will also be reflected on the screen accessed from a PC.

Entering actual times

You can enter actual times by tapping the timesheet screen.
The editing screen will be displayed, so enter the necessary information.

• Previously entered information for items is displayed.

• The most recent 5 items are displayed.

• If there is no corresponding item, please select from the target project.

If you enter the process classification/task classification on the work item screen, you can save the trouble of entering it every time.

Changing actual times

You can enter actual times in one of the following ways.

• Tap the target achievement and change the time.
• Press and hold the target achievement to change the achievement time.
  • You can also move it.
  • You can change the time by tapping the red frame in the image below.
    

On iPad, you cannot change the actual time by dragging.

Change actual times

Tap the target achievement and click the "Delete" button in the upper right.
