What you can do on the Analysis screen
Overview of the Analysis Screen
The analysis screen allows you to check the progress status, resource load status, and perform man-hour and cost analysis (pivot analysis) for multiple projects.
It is useful for checking the overall situation of the company or organization because you can check the following:
- Progress status across organizations and projects
- Aggregated man-hour and cost results across projects and organizations using pivot analysis
The analysis screen is mainly used in the following situations:
Managing progress across projects
You can display Gantt charts for multiple projects side by side.
-
You can arbitrarily select the projects to display.
-
When checking progress status, etc., you don't need to open each project individually;
You can check them all at once.

Managing Resource Load
By checking the load status (planned effort, actual effort) of project and organizational members (resources) across projects and organizations, you can achieve the following:
- Check the work assignment status of members to whom you want to assign work in the future
- Check if there are any members with high loads currently

Flexible Aggregation of Man-Hours and Costs with Pivot Analysis
You can freely set the axes for aggregation and aggregate man-hours and costs across projects and organizations.
- You can instantly switch from man-hour aggregation by member based on projects to man-hour aggregation by project based on members by swapping projects and members. You can also instantly change perspectives, such as switching from man-hour aggregation by member based on projects.
- This is useful for analyzing projected and actual man-hours and costs for each member within an organization on a monthly basis, or for in-depth analysis of the breakdown of members by project.
