Overview of Excel integration add-ins
TimeTracker has an add-in that can be installed and used in Excel,
It can link data written in Excel reports with project information in TimeTracker.
This allows you to use the existing system as is, but adapted to your specific needs, as follows:
- Import TimeTracker data in the format you have been using.
- Reflects data from Excel to TimeTracker.
When using the Excel Integration Add-in with TimeTracker RX 1.0, please confirm that the version is as shown in the figure below.

The Excel Integration Add-in installer is included with the TimeTracker RX installer.
Installing the Excel Integration Add-in
To use the Excel Integration Add-in, you need to install it on each client PC.

After installing the Excel Integration Add-in, the following [TimeTracker] tab will appear on the Excel ribbon.

Importing Data into Excel Reports
You can import project information displayed in TimeTracker into Excel reports such as project reports that you have been using.
You can utilize TimeTracker data without changing your existing methods.
Even for reports that are submitted regularly, such as monthly reports, you can update to the latest TimeTracker data using your saved import settings.

Importing Excel Data
You can import the project information displayed in TimeTracker into Excel templates, such as the project reports you have been using. This allows you to utilize TimeTracker data without changing your current workflow.
Even for regular reports, such as monthly reports, you can use your saved import settings to update them with the latest data from TimeTracker.

Outputting Gantt Tables and Gantt Charts
You can export the Gantt table and Gantt chart displayed on the work item screen directly to Excel.
After exporting the Gantt chart to Excel, you can print it in your preferred format, such as paper or PDF, using Excel's functions.
Based on the Excel file or printed paper, you can achieve the following:

Check schedules and progress with members who do not use TimeTracker.

Share information by posting schedules in locations where PCs are unavailable.
