Overview

"Cost overrun cases" "Items updated yesterday" "List of bugs" Have you ever wanted to create a list with specific conditions from multiple projects, such as a "list of reports across projects"?

You can freely combine conditions to output the items you need in list format.
There's no need to open each project one by one to search.

Creating a search view

Open the following screen.

Press the "+" button (①) to create a new view.

  1. Set a name and select the search target.

    • You can select a project or a specific folder within a project.
  2. Click below to set the search conditions.

    • ①, ③ Group: Create AND/OR conditions.
      • Click to switch between AND and OR.
      • You can drag and drop conditions you have already created to move them below the conditions.
    • ② Condition: You can specify search conditions (target field, condition, judgment value).
      • ④: You can change the contents later by double-clicking the created condition.
The following fields have "variables" that can be specified without entering a specific value.
  • Date: There are multiple patterns such as yesterday, today, last week's XX, this week's XX, last month's XX, etc.
  • User: Myself

Click the folder button (②) to create a search group.
Store and organize the search conditions you created.

Share search settings with other members

You can share search settings created by other people.
Share item information with the same conditions.

  • Export settings (output)
    Select the report you want to share and click "Export".

    Deploy the saved file with the extension "custom_search_view" to the person you want to share it with.

  • Import settings (input)
    Click the "Import" button and select the settings file.

Search result view

Create a view to display the search results.

Right-click on the displayed item and select "Edit project",
The target project will be opened and the item will be displayed.

You can change the search conditions in the following way.

  • Click on Figure ①.
  • Click on Figure ② and click on "Custom Filter Settings".
    You can also change the projects to search later.

Search View Operations

  • Displays the fields related to the specified conditions.
    To edit the fields, right-click on the title and select the target.

  • The following operations can be performed on the search results.

    • ①: Narrow the results
    • ②: Sort items
    • ③: Freeze the display when scrolling horizontally

Recommended search settings

You can freely set the search conditions.
Here are some examples of how it can be used:
