Opening the Timesheet

Overview

There are several ways to input actual work hours, but one of them is to open a dedicated input screen (timesheet) and input the data there.
The timesheet also allows you to view the actual work hours of other users.

Once you open the timesheet, perform the operation according to your purpose.

Displaying Your Own Timesheet

To display your timesheet, click "Timesheet" in the TimeTracker RX global navigation.

Displaying Other Users' Timesheets

You can view not only your own timesheet but also those of other users to check and edit actual work hours.
You can check whose timesheet you are currently viewing by the name displayed in the upper left corner of the screen.
The method for viewing other users' timesheets is as follows:

Opening in View Mode

  1. Click the name displayed in the upper left corner of the screen.
  2. Select "Specify User" from the name drop-down list.
  3. Select the target user from the "Select User" dialog.
You need permission to view other users' timesheets.

Open in Edit Mode

  1. Follow steps 1-3 of the procedure for opening in view mode.
  2. Click "here" displayed at the top of the screen.
You need permission to edit other users' timesheets.

Open from Other Screens

TimeTracker RX has various screens in addition to timesheets,
Switching screens just to input work hours is troublesome.
You can input work hours with a single button click from the following screens.

  • Work Item


  • My Page


You can change the display of the "Effort Input Pane" by manipulating the icons on the toolbar below as needed.

  • : Move to the current day/previous/next day.

  • : Display the specified day.

  • : Change the input unit for actual effort.

After that, you can operate it in the same way as a timesheet.
Drag and drop the target item into the corresponding time slot in the "Effort Input Pane".
