View Item Report

Item Report Overview

Item Report is a function that allows you to easily analyze the progress and man-hour status for any range of a project.
Item Report displays the man-hour trends for a specified range in a graph, allowing you to visually check the following.

  • Check the man-hour ratio for each activity in a specific process to see if quality is being ensured.
  • Display the progress of work items to check the progress of the target process.
This function is not available in Standard Edition.

Below is an introduction to how to use Item Report.

What you can do with Item Report

As with the dashboard, Item Report can achieve the following by utilizing various widgets.

  • Check the number of work items completed for each process and the quality activity status side by side.
  • Arrange the content you want to analyze in an easy-to-see manner.

Display Item Report

The Item Report can be used by switching the display from the Project screen.
The Item Report is blank at first, so the steps to use it for the first time are explained below.

  1. Click the "Item Report" icon in the local navigation of the Project screen.
  2. Click the "Add widget" icon in the local navigation.
  3. Select the widget to add in the "Widget selection" dialog.
  4. Click the "OK" button.
  5. Select the package to display from the folder tree on the left.

Now you can display the item report.

If you change the package selected in the folder tree, all the data aggregated by the widget will change, so you can check the situation while switching the range you want to see.

The items you can check are as follows.

Effort for users and items

The effort summary widget allows you to monitor the effort for users and work items.
The effort (planned and actual) aggregated for any specified period is displayed in a graph.

You can easily compare effort for each user and work item by project.

The Effort Trend Widget allows you to monitor the trends in effort for users and work items.
The aggregated effort is displayed in a graph over time.

You can easily check the trends in effort for users and work items.

Item Progress

The Work Item Summary Widget allows you to monitor the progress of work items.
You can display a graph of the number of work items by status and leader.
Example) Display the number of work items by specifying a status.

You can check the ratio of the number of work items that have not been started to the number of work items that have been completed, so
You can easily see the progress of work items.

The Work Item Progress Widget allows you to monitor the progress trends of work items.
You can display a graph of the number of work items by status and leader over time.
Example) Display the number of work items over time by specifying a status.

You can see how the number of completed work items increases over time,
and easily see if the project is progressing smoothly.

Project Progress Transition

The Project Progress Transition Widget allows you to check the changes (transitions) in the values of the management indicators for the target project. You can grasp the progress against the schedule and the productivity against the planned man-hours in a chronological order.

Using the Item Report for the First Time

To use the Item Report, you must first create a page.
You must create a page for each project.
Add widgets to the created page.

Operation procedure

  1. Open the target project.
  2. Click the "Item Report" icon in the local navigation of the project screen.
  3. Click the "New Page" icon in the local navigation.
  4. Click the "Add Widget" icon in the local navigation.
  5. Select the widget to add in the "Widget Selection" dialog.
  6. Click the "OK" button.

How to use the Item Report

The widgets displayed in the Item Report are managed on a page-by-page basis.
By setting up multiple pages, you can manage widgets by theme.
The operation method of the pages and widgets of the Item Report is basically the same as that of the Dashboard.
