Effort Summary
Overview
The Effort Summary widget allows you to monitor the effort of users and projects.
- The effort (planned and actual) aggregated for a specified period is displayed in a graph, allowing you to visualize effort from various perspectives.
- It supports effort by project or user, as well as the following aggregations:
- By process, such as "Design" and "Implementation"
- By work type, such as "Review" and "Rework"
- By registering multiple Effort Summary widgets on the dashboard, you can view these effort graphs simultaneously.
Setting Display Content
Set the content to be displayed in the Effort Summary widget using the following method.
- Select the target widget.
- Click the "Menu" icon ① on the right side of the title bar.
- Select "Settings".
- In the "Widget Settings" pane, configure the following three tabs and click the "Save" button.

Please specify the aggregation target using the following method.

Select the specification method from the following:
No. Specification Method Aggregation Target Man-Hours 1 User Man-Hours of the specified user 2 Organization Man-Hours of users belonging to the specified organization 3 Project Man-Hours of the specified project -
Click the "+" icon.

Select the aggregation target from the list.
To delete, select the item to delete and click the "-" icon.

Graph
Specify the graph that displays the aggregated man-hours.
Select the graph format from the "Type" list. -
Display Data
Select the aggregated data and series from the list. -
Aggregation Period
Select the range of the period for which man-hours will be aggregated from the list below.- All
Displays man-hours up to the current day. Man-hours beyond the current day will not be aggregated. - Start and End Dates
Displays man-hours within the specified period. Specify any date.

- Filter Item Selection
Specify the data to be aggregated by process classification or task classification using the following method.- Click "Filter Item Selection".
- Select the item to filter from the list.
- Click the ">" mark to the left of the displayed filter item.
- Check the items in the expanded list that you want to filter.
