Time summary
Overview
The Effort summary widget allows you to monitor the effort of users and projects.
- The aggregated effort (planned and actual) for any specified period is displayed in a graph, so you can visualize the effort from various perspectives.
- It also supports effort by project or user, as well as the following aggregations:
- By process such as "design" and "implementation"
- By work type such as "review" and "rework"
- If you register multiple effort summary widgets on the dashboard, you can check these effort graphs at the same time.

Setting the display content
Set the content to be displayed in the Effort summary widget using the following method.
- Select the target widget.
- Click the "Menu" icon ① on the right side of the title bar.
- Select "Settings".
- Set the following three tabs in the "Widget Settings" pane and click the "Save" button.

Specify the target to be aggregated using the following method.

Select the specification method from the following.

Click the "+" icon.

Select the target to be calculated from the list.
To delete, select the target to be deleted and click the "-" icon.

Graph
Specify the graph to display the calculated man-hours.
Select the graph format from the "Type" list. -
Display data
Select the calculated data and series from the list. -
Calculation period
Select the range of the period to calculate the man-hours from the list below.- All
Calculates and displays the man-hours from the current day and before. Effort hours beyond the current day will not be calculated. - Start date and end date
Effort hours within the specified period will be calculated and displayed. Specify any date.

Specify the data to be calculated by process classification or work classification using the following method.- Click "Select filter item".
- Select the item to filter from the list.
- Click the ">" mark to the left of the displayed filter item.
- Check the item on the list to be filtered from the expanded list.
