Overview

You can check the changes (trends) in the values of management indicators for a specified project.
Check the snapshot at that time in the project monitor and check the changes over time.

You can detect "changes" that cannot be detected from the information at the time, such as "it was going well until last week, but it is gradually getting worse."

This function is not available in Standard Edition.

Setting the display content

Advance preparation

To display the trend data, you need to set up the project in advance.
Open the management screen for each project and check the following item.

Data from the checked date onwards will be retained.

Checking this item will save data every day.

Select the required project and check it.

Display settings

Set the content to be displayed in the project monitor widget using the following method.

1. Select the target widget.
   • Click the "Add Widget" button when creating one for the first time.
2. Click the "Menu" icon on the right side of the title bar and select "Settings".
3. Set the following three tabs in the "Widget Settings" pane and click the "Save" button.
   • Target data
   • Display

Target data

Specify one of the following and select the target using the "+" button.

• Project: The entire project
• Folder within the project: A specific folder within the project

Click the "Save" button to display the selected project.

View

• Display unit
  • Specify the horizontal axis of the transition.
• How to specify
  The following two patterns can be specified.
  • Start date and end date: Display the specified period.
  • Number of data items displayed: Displays the past values specified in "Number of items" from the display date.
• Y-axis settings
  • Specify the maximum and minimum values.
• Specify the display series
  Check the items you want to display.
  You can also change the color of the graph.
  

  Click on the color to select it.
