Item Summary

Overview

The Work Item Summary widget allows you to monitor the progress of your project.

• You can display the number of work items by status and leader in a graph.
• For example, by displaying by status, you can check the ratio of work items that have not been started to the number of work items that have been completed, and you can easily see how work items are being completed.

This function is not available in the Standard Edition.

Set the display content

Set the content to be displayed in the Work Item Summary widget using the following method.

1. Select the target widget.
2. Click the "Menu" icon ① on the right side of the title bar.
3. Select "Settings".
4. Set the following three tabs in the "Widget Settings" pane and click the "Save" button.

Specify the target for aggregation using the following method.

1. Select the method of specification from the following.

   No.	Specifying method	Target work items
   1	Organization	Work items of all projects belonging to the specified organization
   2	Project	Work items of the specified project
   3	Project folder	Work items of the specified project folder

2. Click the "+" icon.

3. Select the target for aggregation from the list.

To delete, select the target for deletion and click the "-" icon.

• Graph, display data
  Select the target item from each list.

"Filter" tab ④

• Select filter item
  Refine the data to be aggregated by the specified item using the following method.

  1. Click "Select filter item".

  2. Select the item to filter from the following.

     • Item type
     • Status type
     • Process classification
     • Work classification
     • Leader

  3. Click the ">" mark to the left of the displayed filter item.

  4. Check the item on the list to be filtered from the expanded list.
