Time Transition

Overview

The Effort Transition widget allows you to monitor the trends in effort for users and projects.

The aggregated effort is displayed in a graph in chronological order, so by displaying the actual effort trends by user, you can easily check the load status of users.

Set the display content

Set the content to be displayed in the Effort Transition widget using the following method.

  1. Select the target widget.
  2. Click the "Menu" icon on the right side of the title bar.
  3. Select "Settings".
  4. Set the following three tabs in the "Widget Settings" pane and click the "Save" button.

Tab Settings

"Target Data" Tab

Specify the target to be calculated using the following method.

  1. Select the method from the following.

    1UserEffort of the specified user
    2OrganizationEffort of users belonging to the specified organization
    3ProjectEffort of the specified project
  2. Click the "+" icon.

  3. Select the target to be calculated from the list.

To delete, select the target to be deleted and click the "-" icon.

"Display" Tab

  • Graph
    Specify the graph to display the calculated effort.
    Select the graph format from the "Type" list.

  • Display data
    Select the aggregated data and series (unit for aggregating labor hours) from the list.

  • Display data (display unit)
    Displays the labor hour trends for each unit in the specified period.
    Select from the "display unit" list.

  • Display period
    Select the period range for which to display the labor hour trends from the list below.

    • Display data count
      Displays the trends for the specified number of items going back from the current day based on the display unit settings.
      The maximum number that can be specified is 99.
      Enter the number of items to display.
    • Start date and end date
      Displays the trends within the specified period based on the display unit settings.
      Specify any date.

"Filter" tab

  • Select filter items
    Refine the data to be displayed by process classification or task classification using the following method.

    1. Click "Select filter items".
    2. Select the item to filter from the list.
    3. Click the ">" mark to the left of the displayed filter item.
    4. Check the item on the list to be filtered from the expanded list.
