Define Project Variables

Define and update properties

You can define properties (variables) in the project profile and reference them in formulas.
By defining it in a profile, you can refer to the indicators defined by your organization in each project,
and create plans based on unified indicators.

It can be used as follows.

  1. Define "standard productivity of documents (time required to create one page)" in the profile.
  2. Enter the planned output of each item on the work item screen.
  3. Set the formula for determining the planned ltimes: "standard productivity of document creation x output amount" to calculate the planned ltimes.

This allows you to set the planned ltimes just by registering the planned output amount.

It can be set in the administrator screen and project management screen.

Once a property is defined, it can be edited by double-clicking the "Setting value" in the property screen list.
To edit anything other than the "Setting value", open the item property screen.

What is necessary to reflect changes to formulas and properties in work items

The data in the work item must be recalculated.
For details, see the following link. : "Recalculate"

The maximum number of properties that can be defined per profile is 200.

Recalculate

To apply property changes to the entire project,
you must perform a recalculation process using the following procedure.

  1. Go to the project profile settings screen (Project - Settings - Profile).

  2. Click the Recalculate item formulas button.

Recalculation may take a few minutes. The time depends on the number of work items in the project.
