What is the notification function?

TimeTracker NX 7 New!!!

Overview

Based on the results entered into TimeTracker NX every day, the following information is provided to users.

  • Regular reports: Information summarized at milestones such as days/weeks/months
  • Follow-up reports: Points to note such as delayed projects, forgotten labor hours, and users with high workloads The report is displayed in the Windows Action Center at a fixed time every morning.

This function is realized by using the optional product "TimeTracker Reporting".

  • This is a desktop application, so please install it on the client PC.
  • After installation, please log in using the following link. : "Login"
This function is limited to users with maintenance contracts and annual license contracts.

Please contact your company's TimeTracker administrator to find out whether the function is available.

What you can do with the notification function

Login

The login screen will open when you start the tool for the first time or after logging in.
Please log in using the following procedure.

  1. Enter the URL of the TimeTracker NX you want to connect to.

    • Depending on the settings of the TimeTracker NX administrator, this screen may not be displayed and the screen for the next step will be displayed.
    • If it is displayed, enter the string from the TimeTracker NX login URL to before "login".
  2. Enter your login information.
    Please log in using one of the following methods.

    1. Enter your account and password.
    2. Enter your API key.
      Click the red frame in the image below to obtain an API key.
      See below for how to generate an API key.

    Users who have enabled SAML authentication should use the API key.

After logging in, follow the steps below to set up reports.
