Check resource loads
Overview
Displays the load status (planned man-hours and actual times) of members across projects and organizations.
Since you can check the load of resources (persons in charge), it is useful in the following cases.
- Check the work allocation status of members to whom you want to assign work in the future.
- Check whether there are any members who are currently overloaded
The following will be explained regarding resource load.
- Displaying planned load
- Displaying actual load
You can specify any resource to be displayed.
- Depending on the permission of the logged-in user, it may not be possible to display the resource load screen.
- The range of data displayed on the screen can also be set by the system administrator.
You can specify any resource to be displayed.
Common procedure
Follow the steps below to display the resource load screen.

Click "Analysis" in the global navigation.

Click "Resource Load" in the local navigation.
Setting users
You can set the users to be displayed on the resource load screen in the view, and display only the users you want to check.
- In addition to setting users individually, you can set the users to be displayed collectively by specifying organizations or projects.
- You can create multiple views according to the unit you want to check, such as by organization or project, and easily switch between them.
Operation procedure

Click the "Add view" icon ① on the toolbar on the left side of the screen.

Enter "Name" in the "Basic information" tab of the "Resource load view settings" dialog.

Click the "Target data" tab of the "Resource load view settings" dialog.

Select the filter target (user, organization, project) ② from the list.

Add the target user, etc. with the "Add" icon ③.

Click the "OK" button.

Select the created view.
If the organization to which the target user belongs is changed during the collection period, it will be counted as a separate organization from the date of the organization change.
If it does not match the planned man-hours, refer to the total value of the organization before and after the change.
Group views
Created views can be grouped by management unit such as type.
Grouping makes it easier to find the target view.
Operation procedure

Click the "Add group" icon ① on the toolbar on the left side of the screen.

Enter a name for the new group.
You can add a new view by selecting the added group.
You can move an existing view to the group by dragging and dropping it.
Display planned load
You can check the planned load for each resource.
- The planned load is displayed by accumulating the daily effort per day, calculated by dividing the planned effort by the period, for each end task to which the person is assigned as a resource.
- By displaying the planned effort of the resource in a list, you can use it to adjust the plan as follows.
- Distribute the work of heavily loaded resources.
- Assign work to the free time of resources.
Notes
- Please note the following in order to tally up the planned effort of end items (items with no child items).
- If you enter the planned effort of a parent item directly, it will not be tallied.
- If you set planned effort for both parent and child items, the total planned effort on the work item screen may differ from the value.
- You can assign resources to items by "direct user specification" or "group specification", but if you assign a group to a resource, the planned effort set for the group will not be tallied.
When using this function, assign individual users directly to resources.
Operation Procedure

Open the target project.

Click the "Resource Load" icon in the local navigation.

Click the "Planned Load" icon ①.

Specify the following display conditions.
② : Aggregation period
③ : Unit of effort display
④ : Display range (details below)No. Granularity Explanation 1 Aggregate by user Display effort by user. 2 Aggregate by project Display effort by user and display the breakdown by project.
Aggregation results
If you select "Aggregate by project," the following will be displayed.

The steps to display projects are as follows.
①: Click "Aggregate by project".
②: Click the ">" icon to the left of each resource.
Display actual load
You can check the actual load (actual time) of each member.
By displaying the actual times of resources in a list, you can easily grasp the current situation, such as identifying members with high loads.
You can also visually check the actual load by color.

Operation procedure
- Follow steps 1 and 2 of "View planned load".
- Click the "Actual load" icon ①.
- Follow step 4 of "View planned load".
Similar to planned load, you can display actual load by clicking the "Aggregate by project" icon.
To color-code actual load, perform the following operations.

Click the "Resource load display settings" icon ①.

Specify in the "Resource load display settings" dialog.
