Adjust member allocation across projects
Overview
You can assign items based on the person in charge.
- The load of the person in charge is displayed in real time, so you can change the assignment to another person in charge and level the load.
- The assignment results are also reflected in the Gantt chart.
Understand the progress of the project, assign the optimal resource, and improve productivity.

This function is limited to the Professional Edition.
Display view
On the My Page screen, select the following.
When you select the target project, the following screen will be displayed.
- ①: Displays the milestones of the selected project.
- Items of each project cannot be confirmed, so if you want to check the details, open the Gantt table of each project.
- ②: Items assigned to each member.
- The color of the items follows the legend described in ③.
The screen and each operation method are the same as how to use Resource Planner in a project.

Grouping the created views
The created views can be distinguished by group.
Create a group in ① below and change the name in ②.
Then, move the view settings (③) by dragging and dropping.
