View your work items

Overview

Displays incomplete work items that you are in charge of across projects in a list.

  • Displays work items in order of the nearest deadline or the most delayed progress.
    This allows you to work according to the priority of the work items.
  • You can update the progress (status and progress rate) of the work items displayed in the list to use for your own progress management.

This explains the functions related to displaying your work items.

This function is not available in the Standard Edition.

List work items

Displays a list of work items for which you are responsible.

  • The displayed work items can be grouped by status, etc.
  • Within a group, work items are displayed in order of the most recent end date,
    so that you can proceed with your work while checking the priority.

Display list

Click "My Page" in the global navigation of TimeTracker NX.

Switch groups

  1. Click "My Page" in the global navigation of TimeTracker NX.

  2. Select the target group from "Grouping".
    The groups you can select are as follows.

Conditions for displaying items

My Page displays items that meet all of the following.

  • The target user is assigned as a resource.
    Check "Show only leader's items" to display only leader's items.
  • The status is "Incomplete (progress rate is less than 100%)".
  • The period (planned start date and planned end date) is set.
  • The work item is at the end of the tree.
  • The work item is in an unfinished project.
  • Actual input is not locked.

Order of displaying items

The target items are selected in the following priority order and up to 100 items are displayed.

  1. Oldest planned end date (past)
  2. Oldest planned start date (past)
  3. Project name ascending order
  4. Folder name ascending order
  5. Parent item ID ascending order

Example) If items have the same planned end date, the oldest planned start date will be displayed first.

Editing a work item

You can update the status of work items you are responsible for without switching to the project screen.
The steps to edit a work item are as follows.

  1. Click "My Page" in the global navigation of TimeTracker NX.
  2. Update the contents of the target field.
    The fields that can be edited are as follows.
    • Item name,Status,Progress rate,Leader,Period,Planned times
