Feedback on Problems and Requests
Introduction
Desktop applications have a form for receiving feedback on problems and requests for future product development.
Please send any problems you encounter while using the application, or any requests regarding the product in question, through this form.
The operation method is the same for all products.
This time, we will explain using TimeTracker Analytics as an example.
Submission Procedure
You can submit feedback information by following these steps:

Click "Home" or "Help".

Click the "Submit Feedback" icon on the far right of the screen.

Enter the required information into the displayed form.

Click "Submit Feedback"
Important Notes
- Please be sure to enter your email address (red box in the image above).
If you do not enter your email address, we will not be able to understand the details, and it will be difficult to provide a satisfactory response as follows:
- We may not be able to provide you with a workaround if one exists.
- We may not be able to accurately receive your request because we do not understand the background and specific details of your request.
- If an error occurs, please describe the specific steps you took and the phenomenon.
You can also attach a screenshot of the screen when the problem occurred. - Since this is sent via the internet, you cannot send it from an environment without an internet connection.
