Feedback on issues and requests

Introduction

Optional products have a form for receiving feedback on issues and requests for future product development.
If you have any problems while using the product or have any requests regarding the product, please send them here.

The operation method is the same for all products.

This time, we will explain using TimeTracker Analytics as an example.

Submission procedure

Feedback information can be submitted by following the steps below.

  1. Click "Home" or "Help".

  2. Click the "Send Feedback" icon on the right side of the screen.

  3. Enter the required information in the form that appears.

  4. Click "Send Feedback"

Notes

  • Be sure to fill in the email address field (red frame in the image above).
    If you do not enter an email address, we will not be able to understand the details, and it will be difficult to respond to your satisfaction as described below.
    • We will not be able to provide you with a workaround if there is one.
    • We will not be able to accurately respond to your request as we do not know the background or specific content of your request.
  • If an error occurs, please describe the specific operating procedure and phenomenon.
    You can also attach a screen capture of the time the problem occurred.
  • Since the request is sent via the Internet, it cannot be sent from an environment that is not connected to the Internet.
    In that case, please contact the support team by email.
