Unable to create user

TimeTracker RX does not allow registration of users with the same login name, and the following error is displayed:

There are users with duplicate login names. Please set unique login names.

Deleted users are also included, so please check if there are any duplicates among deleted users.

If there are duplicates, please restore the deleted user and change the username.
