Unable to update or delete data

Overview

While you can add new data when operating TimeTracker RX,
the following error may appear when updating or deleting existing data.

The target data can vary, including users and organizations.

Solution

This occurs when "WebDAV" is installed in the IIS settings.
Please check if "WebDAV" is installed using the following steps:

  1. Launch "Control Panel" > "Programs" > "Programs and Features".

  2. In the [Programs and Features] dialog box, click [Turn Windows features on or off].

  3. In the tree of the dialog box that appears, check if the following is checked: [Internet Information Services] > [World Wide Web Services] > [HTTP Common Features] > [WebDAV Publishing]

    If checked, it is installed.

In the above case, uncheck [WebDAV Publishing].
