What to do if installation or upgrade fails
Overview
If the installation of TimeTracker RX fails, first restore your environment to its state before installation, and then please install again according to the installation method we will provide.
The recovery method differs depending on whether it is an installation or upgrade, so please perform the procedure according to the case in question.

If a new installation fails
Uninstall TimeTracker RX during the installation process and reinstall it.
Procedure:

Uninstall TimeTracker RX.
Please follow "1. Uninstall the tool" in "Setup Guide: Uninstallation". -
Install TimeTracker RX.
What to do if the version upgrade fails
If the database update fails during the TimeTracker RX version upgrade, Please revert to the state immediately before the upgrade.
Restoration method:
- The application is backed up in the TimeTracker RX installation folder. Copy it to the "Restore Destination Folder".
- Backup Folder
C:\Program Files\DENSO CREATE\TimeTrackerRX\backup\YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS
* YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS...Date and time the version upgrade failed - Restore Destination Folder (if installed in the default folder)
C:\Program Files\DENSO CREATE\TimeTrackerRX
- Follow the instructions in "DB Restoration" to restore using the previously backed-up DB.
After restoring as described above, please perform the version upgrade again.
