First, use the trial version to understand the functions and features of TimeTracker NX.

For smooth use
Decide in advance what points you want to check
TimeTracker NX has various functions, mainly for labor-hour management and project management.
At this stage, we recommend that you evaluate the points based on the business issues and goals.
Specifically, there are the following.
- What you want to achieve with TimeTracker NX
(Visualize man-hours, check member workload, manage project progress, etc.) - Priority of features (must-have features, nice-to-have features, etc.)
Apply for a trial version
With the trial version of TimeTracker NX, you can immediately operate the actual tool without having to prepare a server PC.

Points
Since the trial version has a server on the cloud, there is no need to set up a server PC environment and multiple people can access it with a single browser.
In addition, because it is a server/client model, two or more people can share and edit/view project and man-hour data, and check the functions by dividing them up.
Therefore, by deciding roles in advance (project manager, person in charge, etc.) and evaluating the functions according to each role, you can efficiently grasp the functions in a short period of time.

The following information will be included in the email sent to you after you applied for the trial version.
- URL to log in to
- Login information (account password)
The email contains login information for multiple people, so if multiple people are evaluating the app, please log in with each account.

Points
First, check the main functions (timesheet and work item screens)
Even though it is a first step guide, it introduces many functions.
It would be difficult to remember and master everything, so first check the main functions and then move on to the next step.
