    We will introduce the process of obtaining the evaluation version of TimeTracker NX and setting up the environment.

    After installing TimeTracker NX, we will introduce the initial settings and how to enter man-hours.
    We will also explain how to use it for planning and progress management, which are the minimum requirements for project management.

For users who will evaluate in the future

This chapter is for customers who are using TimeTracker NX for the first time, and will guide you through the process of using the trial version and preparing the evaluation version.
If you would like to use the trial or evaluation version of TimeTracker NX, please apply from the following link.

  1. Confirm basic functions
    Understand the features and functions of TimeTracker NX by using the trial version.
    Roughly consider the purpose of use and operation method within the company.

  2. Preparation for trial operation
    Build an evaluation environment and prepare for trial operation using real data.

For new users

  1. Advance preparation (performed by system administrator)
    After installing TimeTracker NX on the server, perform the initial settings (create master data) for users to use.

  2. Starting to use the app ~ Entering man-hours
    From here on, we will go through the steps for general users.
    First, create a project, and then we will introduce the settings required for entering man-hours.

  3. Entering man-hours ~ Visualizing man-hours
    Actually enter man-hours on the TimeTracker NX screen.
    We will introduce some convenient input methods. We will also introduce how to utilize the entered data.

  4. Creating a project plan
    Once you have mastered basic man-hour management, next try managing the progress of a project.
    First, try setting a schedule for the project.

    This section explains how to register and manage progress information on TimeTracker NX.
