Project not displayed in list

Overview

Even users who created a project may find that the project does not appear in the list, and they may not be able to open, view, or edit the project.
This page explains how to resolve this issue.

Solution

Projects will not be displayed to users who do not have access rights to the target project.

Access permissions are set in the following steps:

1. System Role

   • Grant permissions in the "Access Scope" of "System Role".
   • There is no problem if the access scope for "View Project" and "Edit Project" is set to "Member's Projects".
     • The initial state is "Set for individual projects".
     • If "Set for individual projects" is selected, the settings described in step 2 below are required.

2. Security Settings for Individual Projects

   • If "System Role" is set to "Set in Individual Projects," please configure the settings on the project side.
