Where can I check my current version number?

You can check your current TimeTracker RX version number from the tool's screen.
For details, please refer to Help: Explanation of the overall screen configuration, "④ Login Name Icon".

I would like to apply for a version upgrade.

Customers with an annual license can upgrade to the latest version of TimeTracker RX free of charge.
Please apply using the "TimeTracker Version Upgrade Application Form".

Important Notes

• When applying, please enter the name and email address of the user registered with our company.
• After completing our internal procedures, we will contact you regarding how to obtain the program and the upgrade procedure. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days from the time of application until we contact you.
