Is security considered?

Functions can be set to be available to each user in stages, as follows:

  • Overall permissions
    • You can define the range of data that can be accessed on a function-by-function basis using "System Roles". Example: Editing projects: Data from your own department; Viewing projects: Projects from your own department, etc.
    • It is also possible to set that only users with permission can view cost information.
  • Project-Specific Permissions
    • Permissions can be changed for each project, separate from "overall permissions." Example: Allow editing only for specific projects.
    • This is possible when you want to separate permissions between overall settings and individual projects.
  • Item-Specific Permissions
    • Access can be controlled on a per-task (item) basis within a project.
    • Allow/restrict access only for specific members across multiple departments or companies. Permissions can be granted according to the scope of publication.
