Are there any costs other than TimeTracker RX?​

TimeTracker RX is a client/server type application,
and manages the entered actual man-hours and project information in the server's database.

There are two patterns for building the above server:

  • Using the TimeTracker RX Cloud Service
  • Building/operating the server yourself

The pattern of operation differs as follows:

In the case of TimeTracker RX Cloud Service​

The cost of the TimeTracker RX Cloud Service includes server construction/operation costs,
and no other costs are required.

When operating a server at your company​

You will need to prepare a server PC, so in addition to the TimeTracker RX license,
the following will need to be prepared:

  • Server unit
  • Server OS
  • SQL Server (including license)

Please check the "Operating Environment" for the environment required for operation.

Important Notes​

  • We do not sell server units, OS, or other peripheral products.
    • Prices vary depending on the scale and purchase source, so we cannot provide specific costs.
    • Please contact the vendor of the peripheral products.
  • Considering current security concerns, please consider implementing SSL (https).
    • Due to browser and service limitations, many functions only work with "https".
    • We are unable to provide information regarding costs; please contact the vendor directly.

Are there any costs after purchase?​

An annual subscription fee is required for the tool.

As your contract is nearing its expiration date, our support team will contact you.


Please inform us if you do not wish to continue using the tool in the following year.

If you cancel your subscription, you will not be able to launch the tool in the following year due to a license error.

Are there any costs for version upgrades?​

For those with an annual subscription, there are no costs associated with version upgrades.


Therefore, version upgrades are free of charge.
