Overview​

It can be used primarily for the following purposes:

Effort Management​

It can manage effort not only for projects but also for non-project tasks such as indirect work.

Project Management​

Each member enters their actual effort daily for individual tasks (work) within a project.
This allows for effort management at the task level.

  • Effort input is intuitive with drag-and-drop operation, so it can be continued daily without burden,
    Highly accurate effort data is accumulated.
  • By comparing with planned effort, effort plan vs. actual effort management is also possible.

Non-Project Work​

TimeTracker RX's effort management can be used not only for projects with defined goals,
and for regularly performed tasks such as indirect work.

  • You can record all hours of the day with TimeTracker RX from the time you arrive at work until you leave.

  • Project work and indirect work hours are aggregated separately, allowing you to easily check the ratio of work hours for each task.

Planning​

TimeTracker RX makes defining and scheduling project tasks extremely simple and smooth.

  • Project work structures can be defined hierarchically as a WBS, and the schedule for each task can be visually represented in a Gantt chart.
  • Defining schedules is intuitive with drag-and-drop operations.

Furthermore, it is equipped with numerous field-oriented features and is used in actual project environments.

Progress Management​

In addition to planning, TimeTracker RX also supports progress management with a full range of features.
Progress can be visualized on a Gantt chart, and it also supports full-fledged progress management, including earned value.
