What is a Business Plan?
Overview
In addition to the traditional "Effort Management" and "Project Management" functions, the addition of a new "Staffing Planning" function supports the consideration of personnel allocation at the planning stage and the understanding of the execution status.
- Project Administrators
- Those who want to check and adjust the assignment status of members before the project starts
- Organization/Department Managers
- Those who want to get an overview of the staffing status of multiple projects and understand resource allocation
This page explains the Staffing Planning Function and How to Use in the Business Plan.
Staffing Planning
Staffing planning allows you to plan and check the assignment status of members in advance before the project starts.
-
By organizing in advance who will be involved in which project and when for each project,
you can understand resource allocation surpluses and shortages,
and you can determine the following at the planning stage:- "Is there enough personnel for this project?"
- "Who should be assigned to which project?"
-
By referencing the settings in the business plan in combination with effort management and actual data, you can confirm the following:
- Differences between the pre-planned schedule and resource allocation during project planning
- Visualization of personnel allocation at the business and organizational level
For specific instructions on how to use the staffing plan, please refer to "Overview of Business Planning Function Usage".
