Notes on using the trial version
About the contract
- In principle, the trial version can only be used once. If you would like to continue evaluating the product, please consider using the evaluation version.
- Do not register confidential or important information in TimeTracker NX. We will not compensate for any damages that may occur.
- Data used in the trial version will be destroyed after the trial ends. You cannot continue to use the evaluation version or the retail version.
About the environment
- The service may be suspended due to maintenance, etc. Please note that no prior notice will be given for maintenance of the trial version.
- The application processing speed may feel slow due to the following factors.
- Access status of other users sharing the trial version
- Your company's environment (network, client PC specs)
- Please prepare the client PC to access the server yourself.

About TimeTracker NX functions

The following operations may put a strain on the server PC, causing it to slow down.
- Create a project with a long project period. (Guideline: longer than 5 years)
- Create and copy more than 1,000 items at once.
- Change user master information (organization, unit price) at once.
There is no problem with the retail version.The above precautions are necessary because the specifications of the server PC provided for the trial version are limited.

Do not stop TimeTracker NX.
- Specifically, follow the procedure at the following link.
"Help: Safely stop the system" - If you stop it by mistake, support will need to restart it, and we may not be able to respond immediately.
If you accidentally stop TimeTracker NXYou will need to restart TimeTracker NX, but you will need to log in to the server PC.
Please note the above, as users cannot log in to the server PC with the trial version. - Specifically, follow the procedure at the following link.
