Installation may fail if the database name is 21 characters or longer

Phenomenon

When performing a new installation, if you specify a database name of 21 characters or longer on the [Create Database] screen during installation, the installation will fail.

Workaround

Set the database name created during installation to 20 characters or less. For instructions on what to do after an installation failure, please refer to "Installation/Version Upgrade Failure".
